Our focus is on providing industry-relevant skill training to unemployed youth, women, and marginalized communities to ensure sustainable livelihoods and employment.

1. COVID Frontline Workers – Basic Care Support

• Specially designed post-pandemic course to train individuals in basic patient care, hygiene protocols, and community-level support during health emergencies.

2. General Duty Assistant (GDA)

• Prepares candidates to assist nurses and doctors in hospitals and home care settings. Focus areas include patient mobility, cleanliness, infection control, and bedside care.

3. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

• Equips trainees with the skills needed for pre-hospital emergency care. Includes ambulance handling, trauma response, CPR, and emergency protocols.

🧵 Apparel Sector & Tailoring

4. Self-Employed Tailor

• Focuses on tailoring skills for independent income generation. Includes basic stitching, garment finishing, and small business setup knowledge.

5. Sewing Machine Operator

• Industrial-level training for operating sewing machines in manufacturing units. Candidates are prepared for employment in apparel factories and export houses.

6. Hand Embroidery

• Teaches fine craftsmanship and traditional embroidery techniques. Ideal for women seeking home-based or entrepreneurial employment in the fashion or handicrafts sector.
